Singing and music play an important role in child's development, language, and reading skills. In addition to developmental benefits, it's soothing, enjoyable and a fun way to learn.
From a soothing lullaby to swaying on a nursery rhyme, my toddler always enjoys music. "Old MacDonald Had a Farm" is one of my daughter's favorite rhyme. It's a nice song to teach kids name of the animals and the sound they make.
This popsicle stick craft is inspired by the amusing animals on the Old MacDonald's farm.
