Toy Story 4 Forky Craft

Have you seen the latest Disney animation movie Toy Story 4? My daughter is super excited about the new handmade toy called "Forky" joining the toy story 4 characters gang and wanted to make one herself.

So, we started to dig in our recyclables treasure box to find a spork and could only find a purple one. Hence our purple Forky :) ..Isn't it cute?

Nick Wilde, The Charming Fox of Zootopia

Nick Wilde is a major character in the lovely Walt Disney movie - Zootopia. Our family has watched Zootopia many many times and we really enjoyed the nuanced characterizations in the movie.

Especially, our two-year-old toddler who has by now memorized the names of all the key characters in the movie - her favourite being Judy! No wonder Zootopia was declared the best-animated movie in Oscars 2017. It's just a very endearing movie.

Here is our charming, con-artist fox with a big mouth and a lot of opinions.

Paper Plate Mickey Mouse

Who doesn't love Mickey Mouse? This lovely cartoon was created in 1928 and is one of the most recognizable characters today.

My toddler is a big fan of the entire Mickey Mouse family - Goofy, Pluto, Minnie, Daisy, and Donald. Creating this Mickey Mouse craft was a great way to engage and entertain my daughter for an afternoon.

White Paper Plate (1)
Cardstock Paper (Black)
Wiggle Eyes (2)
Marker (Black & Red)
Scissor
Glue>

Cardboard Tube Minnie Mouse

For the Love of Minnie Mouse!

Another cute work by my toddler - her favorite Minnie mouse craft.

She made it by re-using empty paper roll tube, pink/white color paper, blue sticker for eyes, black pen, preschool scissor and glue stick.

She is totally in love with her new creation and was completed engrossed in the process of crafting it. It's so exciting to see kids learn tits and bits of the skills like cutting paper, using glue and pen.

My girl is a fan of Mickey mouse family and her next request is to craft Daisy duck. Stay tuned for my next post with her handmade daisy :)
